Bi-Weekly Service
Starting at $85/mo (depending on area)
Our bi-weekly service is ideal for spa owners who use their hot tub casually and don’t frequently use skin or hair products or heavy laundry detergents. This service is best suited for those within city limits where the water runs clear from the spigot.
All necessary supplies are included in the bi-weekly service price. However, full water changes are not included as part of regular service.
Weekly Service
Starting at $140/mo (depending on area)
Our weekly service is ideal for spa owners who use their hot tub casually and don’t frequently use skin or hair products or heavy laundry detergents. This service is best suited for those within city limits where the water runs clear from the spigot.

Clean Out Service
Standard Clean Out starts at $150
Offered to customers (as needed) and as a one-time service for non-customers.
Includes:
Drain Spa
Wipe down waterline & knobs using spa safe cleaner
Clean filter(s)
Refill spa
Restart tub and test for airlocks and proper functionality
Test pH and alkalinity
Add appropriate sanitizer

Start Up Fee
$85 - (One-Time Fee)
Diamond Water Spa Care charges a one-time start-up fee for new customers. This includes:
Initial spa inspection
Bromine float
Baseline water chemicals
Temperature and filtration setting configuration
Water top-off (if needed)
This service ensures your spa is properly balanced, running efficiently, and ready for regular maintenance

Swim Spa - $115/month
Diamond Water Spa Care offers Swim Spa monthly service only in select cases. Please contact us directly to determine if service is available for your property.

Non-Active Customer
Customers that do not have regular service are welcome to schedule a water change or one time stop from our technicians.

Deluxe Clean Out
A deeper, more intensive cleaning for tubs that have been sitting unused or have heavy debris and dirt buildup. This process often requires extra scrubbing and may include filling and draining the tub twice to meet our high cleaning standards.

This service is recommended for spas that have been sitting for an extended period of time either with or without water in the spa.
This service offers us the opportunity to fill the spa, turn it on to inspect the pump, jets and heaters function before a deep cleaning is done.
We also take this opportunity to note the filter number for replacement at the full clean out service.

While our primary focus is hot tub maintenance, Diamond Water Spa Care occasionally offers cleaning services for Cold Plunge tanks. If you’d like to schedule service for your Cold Plunge system, please contact us directly.
Diamond Water Spa Care requires a minimum service frequency of once every two weeks. Even unused hot tubs need regular maintenance, cleaning, and water care at least bi-weekly to remain in optimal condition.
All short term rental properties require a minimum service frequency of every week to keep the spa in optimal condition for guests.
